1. Merchant’s rights when using the service.
1.1 By using RegularPay service Merchant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Merchant declares that he is of legal age and has rights to use the service.
1.3 Merchant has rights to RegularPay real time dedicated service and qualified technical support.
1.4 Merchant agrees not to use the service for anything which is contrary to any legislation or statutory restrictions.
1.5 Merchant understands the necessity to secure any identification, password and other confidential information relating to his account.
1.6 If Merchant has any complaints, propositions or questions regarding service provided by RegularPay, he has rights to contact RegularPay support team at email@example.com.
1.7 Merchant acknowledges that the site is informative and does not constitute professional advice or recommendation.
1.8 When registered to the site, Merchant has rights to use his own multifunctional cabinet.
1.9 Merchant has rights to change his personal information in his profile any time he wants by contacting RegularPay support team.
2. Merchant’s obligations and responsibilities to RegularPay when using the service.
2.1 No more than one log-in session under any one account may be used at any time by the Merchant.
2.2 Merchant undertakes to use the service in accordance with laws, regulations, codes of conduct and rules of the site.
2.3 Merchant undertakes to provide RegularPay the truthful personal data and other necessary information.
2.4 Merchant shall inform RegularPay about changes that might be made to his personal information and profile.
2.5 Merchant shall not use the service in any manner which infringes any law or regulation or which infringes the rights of any third party.
2.6 Merchant realizes and respects all safety rules established by RegularPay, he agrees to them fully and unconditionally.
2.7 Merchant shall notify RegularPay immediately of any known or suspected unauthorised use of the account or breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure of Merchant’s password or other security information.
3. RegularPay rights when providing the service.
3.1 In cases of abuse or violation of these terms and conditions RegularPay has rights to limit the customers access to the service and possibly set the user legally accountable for the abuse.
3.2 RegularPay has rights to process personal data not contradicting the applicable legislation and international standards.
3.3 RegularPay has rights to collect basic information, such as Merchant’s name, phone number, email address and log information in order to improve its service.
3.4 RegularPay may use the information about Merchant to provide, maintain, protect and improve service, to develop new ones and to deliver the information and support Merchant request, including technical notices, security alerts, support and administrative messages.
3.5 RegularPay has rights to suspend service at any time and for any reason, generally without notice.
2.6 ReguarPay has rights to collect and store all the information Merchant enteres in his personal cabinet as well as statistics on the use of the website in an encrypted form.
4. RegularPay Responsibilities to Merchants when providing the service.
4.1 RegularPay shall use its reasonable endeavors to make the service available to Merchant at any time.
4.2 RegularPay may need to make changes to terms and conditions of service which are outside of its control – for example to meet legal, regulatory or financial requirements.
4.3 RegularPay shall consider unlawful use of third-party subscriptions, use of stolen or otherwise unlawfully acquired subscription or submission of false information to the service as abuse.
4.4 RegularPay shall offer a service of as high quality as possible to Merchant.
5. RegularPay Limitation of Liability.
5.1 RegularPay shall not, in any case, be liable for interruptions or down-time of service.
5.2 RegularPay can not guarantee that provided service will never be faulty.
5.3 RegularPay has no responsibility to pay Merchant compensation for financial loss, for any information which is lost or corrupted, or for any loss that could not have been reasonably expected.
5.4 RegularPay will not be liable to Merchant for any losses that he may suffer if Merchant has used the service or equipment we provide for business purposes.
5.5 RegularPay is not liable for direct, indirect harm to the client or third parties caused by disruptions or errors that may occur in the service.
5.6 RegularPay is not liable for interference in data communication, delay of messages, lost messages, error messages, power failure, hardware failure, or other similar reason.
5.7 RegularPay is not liable for damage, malfunction or disruption caused by the Merchant’s site or the quality of the merchants’ service.
5.8 While RegularPay will use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the service, Regularpay does not guarantee that the service will be free from unauthorised users or hackers.
