Privacy Policy

RegularPay company respects and protects the privacy of Merchants that access the site and use the service. Individually identifiable information about the Merchants is not willfully disclosed to any third party. RegularPay maintains a customer database, whose data are used to maintain and manage the customer relationship. Merchant agrees that data and personal information are retained in accordance with the current legislation and international standards.
RegularPay provides reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security and controls the protection of Merchant’s personal information and data. However, despite of efforts, no security controls are 100% effective in the Internet and RegularPay can not ensure or warrant the security of your personal information.

Collection of Personal Information

The nature of personal information collected by RegularPay may include a Merchant’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth as well as information about his transactions with RegularPay and with some of Regularpay’s business partners. By submitting personal information, Merchant agrees to collection, use and transfer of his personal information and data in accordance to the terms of RegularPay privacy policy.
RegularPay may also collect information about Merchant’s usage of the service, as well as information about him from emails, phone calls or letters that Merchant sends to RegularPay company. RegularPay only uses this information in accordance with this privacy policy. The primary purpose of collecting such information is to arrange, conduct and promote RegularPay service and provide Merchants with requested service.
RegularPay may collect personal information from Merchants in a number of ways. This includes requests to receive products or service or when Merchant communicates with RegularPay support team by telephone,email or any other electronic means.
RegularPay may use technologies to collect information about Merchant’s activities, IP Address, the type of operating system, the domain name of Merchant’s provider, software and hardware attributes. The use of cookies helps RegularPay recognise Merchant. If Merchant does not want his information to be collected through the use of cookies, he can disable, remove or block the use of cookies in his Internet browser. Whilst RegularPay will attempt to ensure all transfer of data to a third party and use by a third party is secure, RegularPay can not be held responsible for the theft of data by a third party, or the consequences resulting from the loss of data where that loss is associated with the technical malfunction, tampering by a third party, viruses or any action or event beyond the reasonable control of RegularPay.
RegularPay does not collect personal information unless it is reasonably necessary to perform one of its functions and activities or supply its service.

Merchant’s personal information storage

Merchant’s personal information and data files are stored electronically on the RegularPay’s servers. In spite of the fact that RegularPay takes all reasonable steps to secure Merchants personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, Merchant acknowledges that all activities in which he intentionally or unintentionally supply information to RegularPay carries an risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorised access to such information. RegularPay can not be held responsible for such actions where the security of the personal information is not within the control of RegularPay or where RegularPay cannot reasonably prevent such incidents.

Modifications to RegularPay Privacy Policy

RegularPay may modify or update this privacy policy at any time, so it is strongly recommended to review it periodically. RegularPay may provide Merchants with notice of changes or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. If Merchant continues using the RegularPay service after any modification to this privacy policy it will constitute his acceptance of such modifications.

Intellectual property rights

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights on the RegularPay website, images and other materials are the property of RegularPay.

Handling complaints

If Merchant has any complaint or proposition regarding service received from RegularPay or wants to update, delete, or change his personal information, he can send an email to support@regularpay.com detailing the nature of his complaint or proposition. RegularPay will acknowledge the complaint or proposition and keep the Merchant informed about progress. All complaints and propositions will be considered highly confidential and be dealt with as soon as is possible.
